Who we are

XG Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. designs, builds and delivers pyrolysis, waste-oil distillation and biomass carbonization plants from our Henan production base. This website and our Facebook Page are our own channels.

What this website collects

This site is fully static. There is no account system, no advertising script and no third-party analytics. Fonts and images load from our own domain; nothing is fetched from outside services.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP, time, requested path, user agent) to diagnose faults and prevent abuse. They rotate out after 30 days.

Our Facebook Page and the Meta API

We use Meta's APIs to publish our own equipment videos and posts to the Facebook Page we own. This use is limited to publishing on our own Page; we do not read or store personal data of visitors or followers.

Page insights we can see are aggregate numbers provided by Meta (views, reach, interactions). They contain no individual identities. We do not export, resell or use them for ad targeting.

If you comment or message us on Facebook, that content is stored by Meta. We read it only to answer you and do not copy it into other systems.

Information you send us

When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or an enquiry form, you give us a name, country, contact details and your feedstock/capacity needs. We use them only to answer the enquiry and to size and quote a plant.

For clients who order, project records (contract, drawings, delivery details) are kept as the contract and tax rules require. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Where necessary we share the minimum information required for delivery with our hosting provider, freight forwarder and customs broker.

Our servers and mailbox may be located outside China; any transfer is limited to the minimum data needed for the purposes above.

Your rights and deletion requests

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email binaryeva@gmail.com with the subject "Data request", or reach us on WhatsApp.

We respond within 30 days. Once deleted we keep no copy, except contract and tax records we are legally required to retain.

For content on Facebook itself (comments, messages, likes), please also use Facebook's own privacy and deletion settings; we cannot delete data Meta holds about your account.

Changes

The date at the top changes whenever this page is updated. Material changes are also noted there.
