Plastics we assess
Plastics listed in the brochure: mixed household, film and packaging, baled feedstock, pharmaceutical or PV-backsheet alu-plastic, and paper-mill rejects. The reactor and pre-treatment change with the feed. Send a sample or a lab sheet; selection and throughput estimates are not charged extra.
The plant
Batch pyrolysis covers 1–45 TPD, one charge per batch, about 20 hours. The 45–50% oil yield on the tyre page is for tyres only. Plastic yield depends on the resin and is not given as one number here.
