Lead time is scheduled by milestone, not guessed. Each milestone has an owner and an output.
Five milestones
Seven days to confirm the spec, seven days to detail-design, about 35 working days to build and ship, 20 days to install on site, and 3 days to commission and train.
Continuous lines and overseas jobs
Continuous lines ship in about 70 working days; overseas jobs add sea freight and customs, scheduled per destination port. The installation crew moves in with the equipment and handles alignment, piping, electrics and linked commissioning.
Warranty
Batch machines carry a 12-month warranty, continuous lines 3 years; wear parts are kept in stock. Remote diagnostics plus scheduled visits, with first-batch oil specs confirmed on site.
