Batch or Continuous — Choosing by Tonnage and Feed

We build both lines. The difference is not which is more advanced, but which rhythm fits your feed and volume.

Start with daily tonnage

Batch covers 1–45 TPD, skid-mounted 1–4 TPD; continuous covers 30–50 TPD. For small volume, mixed feed or unstable power, batch starts easier; for one steady feed and long runs, continuous spreads crew cost thinner.

Then operation and lead time

A batch cycle is about 20 hours and runs with two operators; continuous uses nitrogen purge and steady in/out feed, one furnace with two workers. Lead time is about 35 working days for batch, about 70 for continuous; warranty is 12 months for batch, 3 years for continuous.

The short answer

Investment, payback and power draw are calculated per project and per country; this page does not give a generic table. Send feedstock, daily volume and country, and we size the line for that feed.
