Distillation
Atmospheric or vacuum distillation, 75–90% diesel-range yield, no process wastewater.

Carbonization
Continuous gas-and-char co-generation; self-fuelled, one third of the heat runs the line, two thirds dry the feed.

Inputs describe a 10 TPD batch line and vary with feedstock, moisture, climate and end-point; steel wire depends on tyre type, so the four outputs need not sum to 10 t. Equipment cost, running cost and payback differ widely by country, so they are calculated per project and not listed in this brochure.
04MANUFACTURING BASE
Steel in, complete plants out — without leaving the yard.
Overhead cranes, rolling, cutting, machining, welding and final assembly under one roof. Each plant is pre-assembled as a full line — reactor, condensation, dedusting, gas train and controls — then split for shipment. Clients can walk in any day and see exactly how far their unit has gone.
